Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. General Returns (Return "As Is" / Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a product that is  as described, but no longer meets your requirements:

  • Eligibility: The product must be in pristine, resaleable condition. It must be unused, uninstalled and free from any scratches or marks.
  • Packaging: Must include all original packaging, inner protective foam, manuals, and accessories.
  • Timeline: Request must be initiated (via Email/WhatsApp/Portal) within 2 days of delivery.
  • Shipping & Fees: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. A restocking fee may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  In case the  original shipping charges were borne by MEZA, the same will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Resolution: All returns are subject to approval and will undergo a mandatory quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, MEZA reserves the right to issue store credit  OR provide a refund at its sole discretion.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized/Made-to-Order: Items which are classified as Customised or  Made to Order.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotions.
  • Items which are not in Original Box Pack condition


2. Transit Damage Returns 

MEZA takes great care in packaging all products, but in the unlikely event of any transit damage, it must be reported (via Email/WhatsApp/Portal) within 2 days of delivery.

Evidence Requirements: For a claim to be processed, high-resolution photographs and/or an unboxing video are mandatory, showing:
1.    The shipping label and outer packaging.
2.    The internal protective cushioning.
3.    The specific damage to the product/component.

Shipping & Fees:  Upon verification of  evidence  MEZA will  arrange  and pay for return shipping within 3 – 5 days of receipt of evidence. 

Resolution: All returns are subject to approval and will undergo a mandatory quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, MEZA reserves the right to provide a replacement of the damaged component/product OR  issue store credit, OR provide a refund at its sole discretion.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items which are not in Original Box Pack condition

3. Manufacturing Defect Returns 

  • Reporting Period: Any inherent manufacturing defects must be reported (via Email/WhatsApp/Portal) within 7 days of receipt.
  • Post-Installation Limitations: Claims for physical defects will not be accepted once the product has been installed or used. Only electrical malfunctions covered under the technical warranty will be considered after installation.
  • Exclusions: Defects or malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, or misuse are strictly excluded from this policy.
  • Evidence Requirements: For a claim to be processed, high-resolution photographs and/or video are mandatory of the defective product

4. Warranty Returns

All MEZA products are backed by a Standard Limited Warranty (details provided on the product page).

  • Scope: The warranty covers functional failure and internal component defects under normal operating conditions within the Warranty Period.
  • Warranty Period : The warranty period commences from the date of sale.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, improper  storage, or environmental conditions.
  3. Fluctuations in power supply or electrical surges.
  4. External factors beyond the manufacturer’s control (e.g., fire, water damage).

  • Resolution: All returns are subject to approval and will undergo a mandatory quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, MEZA reserves the right to provide a replacement of the defective component  OR carry out necessary  rework on the product and return the product back to the customer. In the unlikely event of MEZA not being able to provide necessary component replacement or rework the product, MEZA shall issue store credit, OR provide a refund at its sole discretion.

5. Refund Process 

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to approval and will undergo a mandatory quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. In case where MEZA has suo moto cancelled the order, the Inspection Clause  shall not apply and refund shall be made forthwith.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within  3 to 5 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
  • Method: Refunds are credited back only to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall MEZA’s total liability to the Customer for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification:
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEZA from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the Customer's breach of these terms or improper use of the product.


Policy Amendments
MEZA reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version published on our official website at the exact time of purchase will govern the transaction.
