ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

1. Order Confirmation:

  • Prepaid Orders: Orders placed via online payment methods are confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders are "provisional" and will only be processed after successful verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled. 

2. Order Summary: Once confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent containing the order summary, billing/shipping details, and tentative dispatch timelines. 

3. Made-to-Order Products: Certain products are "made-to-order" and will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please note that COD is  not be available for Made to Order Products.

4. Customised Products :  Customised products are tailor-made to specific requirements, including variation in colour, sizes and materials.  These are distinct from Made to Order Products which are standard designs produced on demand and are not held in stock

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms:

The full invoice amount must be paid in cash to the delivery agent before the package is handed over.

  • No Open-Box Delivery: For security and logistics reasons, customers are not permitted to open the package before the full payment is handed to the delivery agent.
  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Customers may cancel their COD order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner.
  • Post-Dispatch/Doorstep Rejection: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer refuses to accept a verified COD order at the doorstep, we reserve the right to:
  1. Restrict the "Cash on Delivery" option for that customer's future purchases
  2. Require a non-refundable Commitment Fee  for any future orders.


6. Right to Accept or Reject Orders:
"We reserve the sole right to accept, decline, or cancel any order (Prepaid or COD) at our absolute discretion. An order is not considered 'Accepted' until it has been formally processed and dispatched from our warehouse. We may cancel an order even after confirmation due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or suspicious delivery addresses.
  • History of repeated 'Return to Origin' (RTO) or order refusals by the customer.
  • Operational or logistical limitations in the customer's delivery area.
  • Unavailability of the product or technical pricing errors."

Delivery & Shipping

1. Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready Stock Products: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days
  • Made-to-Order : Usually dispatched within 5 to 7  working days
  • Customised Products : Usually despatched in 2 to 4 weeks , depending on product customisation required.
  • Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to force majeure, logistics delays, or quality checks

2.  Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and shipping details will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
  • You can monitor the real-time status of your package through our logistics partner’s portal.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • MEZA currently ships across India
  • International shipping may be enabled selectively and will be communicated separately

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring site access and receiving readiness
  • Re-delivery costs due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be borne by the customer

5.    Inspection & Acceptance at Delivery

  • Visual Inspection: Upon arrival, customers are advised to  examine the exterior packaging. If the box is crushed, punctured, or shows signs of tampering, you must either refuse the delivery or record specific remarks (e.g., "Received Damaged") on the courier’s delivery receipt/POD.
  • Unconditional Acceptance: Acceptance of a shipment without a damage remark constitutes "Unconditional Acceptance," which may waive your right to a transit damage claim.
