DAMAGE & DEFECT POLICY

.1 Transit Damage

  • Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographs/videos of:
    Outer packaging
    Inner packaging
    Damaged product are mandatory for claim processing

Upon verification, MEZA will offer: - Replacement of the damaged component/product, OR - Store credit, OR - Refund (at MEZA’s discretion)

2 Manufacturing Defects

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Defect claims post installation or usage will not be accepted unless related to electrical malfunction
  • Defect claims  or damages due to incorrect installation or misuse will not be accepted
