DAMAGE & DEFECT POLICY
.1 Transit Damage
- Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photographs/videos of:
Outer packaging
Inner packaging
Damaged product are mandatory for claim processing
Upon verification, MEZA will offer: - Replacement of the damaged component/product, OR - Store credit, OR - Refund (at MEZA’s discretion)
2 Manufacturing Defects
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Defect claims post installation or usage will not be accepted unless related to electrical malfunction
- Defect claims or damages due to incorrect installation or misuse will not be accepted
